Ronald McDonald House Central New York announced the promotion of two team members and the addition of two new team members, reflecting the organization’s continued growth and commitment to supporting families throughout their child’s health care journey.
Rachel Murphy, of Manlius, New York, was promoted to director of communications & external programs. In her new role, Murphy will continue to lead strategic marketing and communications initiatives and manage internal and external communications. She will also oversee external programs, including Hospitality Cart operations and medical outreach partnerships. Murphy has been with the organization for over three years and was previously director of communications. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication from the State University of New York at Geneseo.
Zoë White, of Syracuse, New York, was promoted to McDonald’s & community engagement manager. In her new role, White will oversee community engagement initiatives and McDonald’s engagement programs, cultivate relationships with service-focused individuals and community partners, and collaborate with partners to manage external fundraisers that benefit the organization. White has been with the organization for nearly three years and was previously community engagement coordinator. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and public relations from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Morgan Charde Lindenmuth, of Chittenango, New York, joined the organization as development manager. She will manage internal fundraising initiatives and signature events, support major gifts and revenue growth, and foster strong donor relationships. Lindenmuth previously worked at Republic National Distributing Company in a variety of business development, trade marketing and sales roles. She has a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from the University of Delaware.
Domenica Risucci, of Liverpool, New York, joined the organization as house manager. She will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Ronald McDonald House and maintenance activities while managing guest relations, including implementing guest-focused programs and in-house family events. Risucci previously worked at HomeOwnershipCenter – UNHS in various program management and community education roles. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from Utica University.
